Please first navigate to the admin panel to access the usage statistics for your school’s streaming page. The usage statistics, which can be filtered by date range, include the number of times each title was played, for how long, and the last date on which the title was played by a user from your institution. A brief explanation about each of the metrics is given at the bottom of the page.
The data from the usage statistics page can be exported into an Excel file simply by clicking the corresponding button at the bottom of the list.
*Please note: you may also see films on the Usage Report list for which you haven’t purchased a license. This could mean that someone from your institute visited a film page without playing it or without being able to play it, as no active license was available. You will see this as a title that does have page views but with 0 plays and with 0 total time viewed.
