The buying process differs, depending on whether you are a new or an existing / returning Film Platform customer.
As a new customer, one of our Setup team representatives may ask you to complete an additional intake form, depending on the type of license you purchased.
As a returning or existing customer, you will either have a new film added to your account, or you will renew a license for a film that was already part of your streaming page. Returning or existing customers may renew directly through the Admin panel or via the film page. More detail is provided below.
